Currently we accept payment by Paypal or by Post with either Cheque or Postal Order.
Postage and packaging is charged flat rate one fee per order regardless of how big or small your order may be.

Items are usually dispatched within 48 hours from payment being received. In the event of an item being out of stock delivery may be delayed.
Items Out of Stock
We have tried to make ordering from our website as quick and simple as possible. Rather than having all the colours of felt available to purchase we have just one place where you select the size and colour required.
Although this does make for easy ordering it also means that there is potential for an item to be ordered from the website which may be out of stock. In the event that an item is ordered that is out of stock we will contact you immediately by email to let you know of any possible delay.

Returns / Refunds
In the unlikely event that an item is received faulty or damaged then we will of course offer a full refund or replacement. Any faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 14 days and we must be notified that there is a problem with the item before any items are returned.
Should you wish to return any of your purchase then please do so within 14 days for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any costs involved in returning items to us.
You should obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office as proof that you have returned your items to us.
